@tylervillasenor Once again you dont seem to get it. The USA are a DEMOCRACY. That means that one man cant do shit, even if he is the president. He has to get more than 50% of the votes in the senat to pass laws, and since there are also republicans in the senat, he cant do shit.

Obama is different from Bush, he just cant pass his laws due to this. Why cant he close Guantanomo you think? The senat doesnt want him to.

He is in charge of the military, and with literally the stroke of a pen can withdraw all of our troops and can bring them home. Read a history book.He chose to keep Guantanamo open, in fact he opened more Gitmo's all over the Middle east all on his very own.
