  • She has unpleasant and quite annoying vibrato in her voice though..

  • I absolutely agree - Pendatchanska should be singing at the Met or in Vienna or at Covent Garden or La Scala!!!

That's right - what is her management doing?Seriously!!!

What a brilliant voice! What a superb performer!!!!

We the audience must see more of her phenomenal performances!

  • I will never understand why Pendatchanska isn't singing the greatest belcanto and Verdi roles at the greatest theaters in the world. I mean, why isn't this Elisabetta also sung at the Met or in Vienna or at Covent Garden or La Scala? And why isn't she recording all this stuff? And why is this incredible primadonna mainly devoting herself to baroque, which is great but not quite your quintessential primadonna vehicle? What is her management doing?

  • Serena Farnocchia's voice is rather too large and unwieldy.

  • No, she is soprano sfogato of 21st c..

The 'once in a century' breed, after Maria Callas of the 20th c.

  • I'm totally agree with you. She's a great singer!

  • Pendatchanska is a very soprano drammatico d'agilità. She deserves more!!!

Good luck to her as Elena in Vespri Siciliani in Naples.
