I was 12 when I first heard Tommy and saw him perform in Maidstone Kent with Billy Fury and many others that I have forgotten. I only remember seeing Tommy as he was my favourite, and still is. I still have the programme Tommy signed for me. Happy, happy memories. So very sad he has gone. Gone but never forgotten,

My Brother Mick Ryan used to lead Tommy's Band playing guitar (he was also in the Dave Clark Five before Lenny). One night when one of the Bruisers was ill I stood in for him, and sung and played rhythm guitar backing Tommy, who by the way really put on a great show, nice bloke.
