@bogglerful To respond to you question. I think Mr. Pike should be arrested by the actual Davis Police Department (not the campus police) and charged with assault. He should be held in jail until bail has been set. Then he should be tried by the appropriate court and should be be judged by a jury of his peers. That's the way we do things in a just society.
