@1412Bunny it depends on how u do it....i also lost 15 kg in 3 and 1/2weeks...but it was in a good way. I had to eat 5 times a day....(felt like i overate even tho i didnt) n i had to walk fast twice a day with 30min each time...once in the morning n once around afternoon-evening....it also depends on wut u eat....i ate fruit twice n full meal twice n then 1 little breakfast in a day....=5 times/day...it was the healthiest way i ever kno:) perhaps its bcuz the nutritionist kept an eye on me lol
