@sgagos The paper is Bristol 400 by Strathmore. I buy the sheets in large parent sheets that are 22 x 30 and cut them to the size I want. The 2 ply or 3 ply will work well for acrylics and other wet media.
@nrjanitz Yes, that would be fun! I hope you enjoy the workshop. We missed getting together this week since I have been sick. Looking forward to the last assignment! :)
Thanks so much! Here is the best I can do in remembering: Golden Open Acrylics: Cobalt Teal, Paynes Gray and Green Gold. Golden Fluid Acrylic: Quinacridone Violet. Liquitex Heavy Body Acrylic: Emerald Green, Bright Aqua Green, Cadmium Orange and Green Deep Permanent. Golden Chromium Oxide Green acrylic. Claudine Hellmuth Studio Paints: Dash of Red, Landscape Green and Dab of Yellow.
Spray Inks: SEI Tumble Tie Dye Inks: Hot Pink, Turquoise and Neon Lime Green
It sure made it more fun! I thought they might like to give mixed media a try and they were thrilled. We are going to get together each week through the series! :)
love the colors...I'm thinking I may start incorporating some handwriting into my journals - is that a white sharpie you are writing with for the handwriting part? Look forward to your next video and also, thanks for the strathmore link... take care.
what size paper is that and what kind of paper did you girls use?
