  • YOU ARE MY HERO!!! THANKS YOU.

  • EXCELENT!!!

  • Please give the video a like if you don't mind! I can't tell you all how much I appreciate it.

  • @leanbodylifestyle yeah brah i gave it a thumbs up because your vids = good

  • LOL try the 'transcribe' audio on this vid hahaha!

  • I bet the people that dislike all your video's ar the same people...lol

  • i just made it, i used everything in half because i only got 250g of cream cheese, overall, its really nice, creamy, i just forgot about the non stick spray, now its hard to make it into slices, nonetheless, thanks for the great recipe!

  • Hey, I was wondering what size pan you are using?

I made this today and even let it bake slightly longer than 25 minutes and it cooled in the fridge for 5+ hours and it was still kinda runny towards the center. Im thinking I may have had a smaller pan so it ended up thicker and not baking as well. Still taste great though!

  • Just tried the cheesecake. It was awesome!!! Keep the recipes coming

  • Is there a reason you used real eggs instead of egg substitute?

  • that's a fair sized baking pan. Those four servings must be fairly large, and satisying. I can see myself enjoying a slice with an espresso or a capuccino with non-fat skim milk.

  • This looks like it would be a great Pudding too :)

  • Another excellent video! If you're on the look out for new, healthy ingredients you might want to check Kroger's Carb smart yogurt. 60Cal per 6oz and 8 grams protein. Pretty sure that vanilla chi would make a great base for some recipes.

  • hey michael,

i got a srs question. how much protein powder do you consume in a day / week / month?

    greetings

  • you could also use quark cheese in this recipe, it is lower in calories and higher in protein

  • @leanbodylifestyle Just wondering

  • im a great fan of your channel and have tried every recipe and i have enjoyed all of them, you are the savior of bodybuilding friendly foods, this shows people that eating healthy is not always about chicken and vegetables all day long, keep up the good work!!!

  • Do u still have 6-8pack like in the beginning of vid??

  • Awesome!

  • Wat store do you shop at because i cant find no Fat or loe Fat anything :(

  • Another awesome recipe! Taste great as well... ;-)

  • hey michael, you sure its gonna be delicious and creamy? i might wanna try to make it.

  • Leave a like rating cause it leaves him money ;] haha

  • @luis14chelsea *shouldn't I mean

  • My favorite part of cheesecake is the base, which of course is the part worst for you. Any thoughts of a healthy alternate base?

  • @IrishRhavin try toasting some rolled oats then blending them into a fine powder..then add some low fat butter to bind them into a base..thats the healthiest way i can think off.

  • @IrishRhavin I got this from Happy Herbivore; 1 2/3 cup whole wheat graham crackers, crumbled 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 7-8 Tbsp unsweetend applesauce Heat oven to 350 F, grease 9-inch pie pan put graham crackers in food processor until sand/ sea salt consistancy put in bowl, whisk in cinnamon stir in applesauce until evenly wet and large chunks press into prepared pie dish, pack tightly bake 8 minutes, allow to cool fully before using Cal 107, Fat 2.5, Carb 19.9, Fiber 2.7, Protein 2.6
  • @1hsg Cheers man, i'll be giving that a try :D

  • an ice cream recipe would be awesome.

  • @blinkblinkblinkkdd already done

  • @leanbodylifestyle still if i eat the cake throught out the day i will go over the sugar intake recomended, im not insulting u men i love ur channel and all ur videos but its just so much sugar.

  • @luis14chelsea lol almost all the meals this dude makes you should eat all day there just other option to break up boring chicken and brown rice non stop

  • @luis14chelsea there is no sugar in this recipe.

  • @hanirfc read the fat free cheese cake label men

  • @hanirfc read the ingredients dude

  • @luis14chelsea lol i just have and im still failing to see where the sugar is

  • @hanirfc fat free cheese cake ingredients skim milk sugar salt etc calories 2g of carbs 2g sugar 4g of protein for 0.5 oz of the cheese so u are using 16 oz so 32 g of sugar

  • @luis14chelsea dont know what recipe that is but it sure as hell isnt this one..THIS RECIPE HAS NO SUGAR get it into your head

  • @hanirfc maybe the fat free cheese version ur using has not added sugar who knows

  • I've baked a cheesecake similiar to this, Honey flavored Kashi go Lean cereal makes a great crust

  • I searched like 2 big supermarkets (Tesco and Sainsbury) in UK...........But i can't find this co called fat free cheese and almond milk :(

  • @sp5286 Having the same trouble... with Waitrose and Asda added to your list! Unless you go online and get them (pricey) then we've not got much luck. Light/low-fat cheese and skimmed milk is my best alternative.

  • @sp5286 hi am in the UK to right as for the almond milk you can pick that up in Holland and Barratt and the fat free cheese i think that no go in UK we will just have to pick low fat cream cheese. Hope this helps you out.

  • @sp5286 try rice milk mate its just as good and they sell it in the tescos near where i live..for the cheese i'd use quark which i know for a fact is sold in morrisons

  • @hanirfc haha thanks dude.........will definately try that rick milk and check that cheese in Morrisons :)

  • Could we use water instead of milk?? (just curious)

  • How can any kind of cheese be fat free..

  • @adamagedone - It's made with skim milk.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Full fat grassfed cheese is healthier than fat free/skim milk. Because the animal is grassfed the milk they produce has the perfect ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fats and the saturated fats in it are also healthy and needed for human functioning (MCFA's). Also, fat free milk has more casein protein than whey and casein is junk for our body. I'm not trying to come off as a snob it's just a myth that fat free dairy is the way to go.

  • @leanbodylifestyle skim milk still contains some fat though

  • @adamagedone dumb bitch

  • @LowkeyallLove Stfu

  • @adamagedone lol

  • @adamagedone

No one sells fat free cheese anywhere in my area.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Hey Michael bro i just wanted to know do you ever go on a bulk cos you do have quite a bit of muscle on you and most of your recipes contain few carbs.. im guessin these are just for cutting?

  • How can cream-cheese be fat free?

  • @TheNubbbler its not

  • We need to have you do the intro of the recipe from a wider angle -- unless you have no face.

  • 3st

  • This recipe makes 4 large slices. Each slice has:

    190 calories

    4g fat

    11.1g carbs

    21.3g protein
