i just made it, i used everything in half because i only got 250g of cream cheese, overall, its really nice, creamy, i just forgot about the non stick spray, now its hard to make it into slices, nonetheless, thanks for the great recipe!
Hey, I was wondering what size pan you are using?
I made this today and even let it bake slightly longer than 25 minutes and it cooled in the fridge for 5+ hours and it was still kinda runny towards the center. Im thinking I may have had a smaller pan so it ended up thicker and not baking as well. Still taste great though!
that's a fair sized baking pan. Those four servings must be fairly large, and satisying. I can see myself enjoying a slice with an espresso or a capuccino with non-fat skim milk.
Another excellent video! If you're on the look out for new, healthy ingredients you might want to check Kroger's Carb smart yogurt. 60Cal per 6oz and 8 grams protein. Pretty sure that vanilla chi would make a great base for some recipes.
im a great fan of your channel and have tried every recipe and i have enjoyed all of them, you are the savior of bodybuilding friendly foods, this shows people that eating healthy is not always about chicken and vegetables all day long, keep up the good work!!!
@IrishRhavin try toasting some rolled oats then blending them into a fine powder..then add some low fat butter to bind them into a base..thats the healthiest way i can think off.
@IrishRhavin I got this from Happy Herbivore; 1 2/3 cup whole wheat graham crackers, crumbled 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 7-8 Tbsp unsweetend applesauce Heat oven to 350 F, grease 9-inch pie pan put graham crackers in food processor until sand/ sea salt consistancy put in bowl, whisk in cinnamon stir in applesauce until evenly wet and large chunks press into prepared pie dish, pack tightly bake 8 minutes, allow to cool fully before using Cal 107, Fat 2.5, Carb 19.9, Fiber 2.7, Protein 2.6
@leanbodylifestyle still if i eat the cake throught out the day i will go over the sugar intake recomended, im not insulting u men i love ur channel and all ur videos but its just so much sugar.
@luis14chelsea lol almost all the meals this dude makes you should eat all day there just other option to break up boring chicken and brown rice non stop
@hanirfc fat free cheese cake ingredients skim milk sugar salt etc calories 2g of carbs 2g sugar 4g of protein for 0.5 oz of the cheese so u are using 16 oz so 32 g of sugar
@sp5286 Having the same trouble... with Waitrose and Asda added to your list! Unless you go online and get them (pricey) then we've not got much luck. Light/low-fat cheese and skimmed milk is my best alternative.
@sp5286 hi am in the UK to right as for the almond milk you can pick that up in Holland and Barratt and the fat free cheese i think that no go in UK we will just have to pick low fat cream cheese. Hope this helps you out.
@sp5286 try rice milk mate its just as good and they sell it in the tescos near where i live..for the cheese i'd use quark which i know for a fact is sold in morrisons
@leanbodylifestyle Full fat grassfed cheese is healthier than fat free/skim milk. Because the animal is grassfed the milk they produce has the perfect ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fats and the saturated fats in it are also healthy and needed for human functioning (MCFA's). Also, fat free milk has more casein protein than whey and casein is junk for our body. I'm not trying to come off as a snob it's just a myth that fat free dairy is the way to go.
@leanbodylifestyle Hey Michael bro i just wanted to know do you ever go on a bulk cos you do have quite a bit of muscle on you and most of your recipes contain few carbs.. im guessin these are just for cutting?

My favorite part of cheesecake is the base, which of course is the part worst for you. Any thoughts of a healthy alternate base?
