hey i have a problem with my vmware fusion.I have installed windows 7 with vmware and disk space 10gb, when i installed windows i was having only 3gb because of the system files and other stuffs, so i shutdown the machine and add more hard disk memory on the settings from 10 to 20 ok? so i started up windows again and the same problem at 3gb space . now i have it on 72gb and i cant reduce it ...what can i do please tell me soon as u can ....i dont even have 72gb space on my mac to have n windows

I only use windows for 4 hours a week because i have to go to a PC lab.

Trust Me. mac is more compatible than windows. if you are THAT dependant on windows get parallels or vm ware and run it in coherence mode. so you can run os x apps along side windows apps.

in a year if you use os x on a regular basis you will uninstall windows off it. that happened with me when i first switched.

btw apples website has everything you need in the downloads section.

Hey, uhh, i installed windows 7 ultimate (not beta) on vmware fusion on my imac. And i was trying to play empire earth, but i need the mac drivers for windows, and when i insert the disc to install them, it just shows up as installing leopard (on the vmware fusion, not on mac).. And i tried downloading the drivers from the apple site, but it wouldnt open.. it just sat there, any help? That would be great! Thanks.

windows 7 will not get Macintosh applications. They are two complete different operating systems, and windows does not recognize macintosh .apps, just as mac won't recognize window's .exe's

also windows will be 10x slower in vmware fusion. than if you actually installed it on a hard drive.

Windows on a mac just completely defeats the Mac fan argument.

For all their "intelligence" it just seems to be that these guys and gals don't understand that when you slate something then use it is ever so slightly hypocritical.

If i want to make a nice wee film made or a garageband thing i would use a mac, but truly there is no real excuse to spend all that money. For every single program on a mac PC there are 1000 similar for the Windows PC.

I actually just installed iDeneb (Mac OSX that works on PC's) to replace Windows for the simple fact that it looks cooler and is a lot more simplistic in its interface. I do virtualize Windows to run certain things, but not often. The Dashboard thingy is the greatest OS component evar, I think.
