(referring to weed) I've always said "it's not a drug," but it's just as much a drug as tylenol and advil, except if you take too many of those, it may hurt you. You would have to smoke about 3000 joints in five minutes to recieve a lethal dose of THC. so it's a drug, but not a narcotic, and has no reason being on the banned substance list. just thought id add that in an interview here in australia he has said ocassionally he has a day where he lets that side of him out and then back to straight edge. he also does vipassana mediatation a lot which can really change the mind to be blissed out even though it is not directly the aim. cheers

i agree with that, and nothing helps when people spread rumours like wildfire, either. Im not saying that i THINK they do drugs, thats just what i heard. To be honest i dont think they do. John has stated in countless interviews that hes happier now hes not doing ANYTHING. To me that signals that he doesnt do them and doesnt want his fans to think he does either.

John is not high, that is just what he's like when he's not being serious, even now he still acts like that in some interviews. If you read the bio he wrote for Stadium Arcadium on their website you can see that he's not exactly a normal guy, but that's why he's so damn gifted! Yeah sure the drugs screwed with his head, but just accept him for the amazing weirdo that he is.
