They charged it to 100J synchronized cardioversion isn't for all tachydysarrythmias! They should've charged to 360 since the rythym was asystole. Then, They should've administered epi and atropine each of wich 1mg. And they didn't place the paddles correctly. They didn't intubate. But they should've at least should've ventilated her with an ambu bag!
Complete crap asystole is not shockable shockable cardiac arrest rhythms are shocked at 200-360 joules not 100 the paddles are in the wrong place and why don't they give oxygen
actully the asystole comment is not acurate, you can see the numbers at the top of the EKG show very low heart rhythms at 9-16. This would be a very fine vfib and would be shock able. Other than that your comments are correct for a woman that size 100J would not work, paddles are in the wrong place. O2 might have been administered just not shown but then again... its just a movie
Also, they shouldn't have bothered trying to cardiovert asystole as its non shockable! And even if it were they need to at least put the paddles in the right place!

Wheres the pulse oximeter?
Where is an ambu bag?
Where is someone with the Laryngoscope.
Where is the ET tube going in the person's mouth?
INTUBATION.
She's not dead.
She just wasn't resusscited right.
YOU KNOW THAT.

Why wasn't she on a pulse oximeter?
Why wasn't she on a blood pressure monitor?
Why wasn't she on oxygen at least by nasal cannula?

At the end, I saw a ventilator?
What is that all about?
It wasn't on her but it was sitting in the room.
I could see the blue hose.

In correct terms they should have got the atropine and the epinephrine and administered those two drugs.
It's probably a clip from an old TV show, so probably that's why they just shocked three times at probably 100 joules.
