I don't know the monitor to be honest, I'm looking at a Hazro HZ27WD, it's the same panel as Apples 27" iMac and 2450x1440 resolution.

There is no such thing as a i5-2600k, it's an i7-2600k.

There are two though, 2600 and 2600k, the k version is the one you want as it means the multiplier is unlocked allowing you to overclock it.

I say go for the i5-2500k though personally, it's great for gaming, get the 2600k if you do alot of transcoding etc

@o0COLDFYRE0o I think you need to reconsider that first of all Battlefield 3 is not the most demanding game on the market. Second of all, when the next Battlefield comes out your system will probably be crying to keep up on medium. This man was smart in spending a little more and preparing for the future with a system that will probably last him at least two more years, unlike yours. So consider that when you're insulting somebody for spending too much money, which is stupid in itself.

That's just a marketing plot, I've got a second 560 Ti now in SLI and max the game out at 1080p and ultra and constantly above 60 fps, check my other video of it.

Not really, I didn't even spend much on the components for my PC, 3/4 of a months wages purchased it all.

What resolution you playing it at for that FPS? 1366x768 you are not getting 70fps at 1920x1080 with a 460. quite frankly anything below 1080p on this game ruins it visually.

I am not crying in my tea, it's called being an enthusiast and having the money and resources to do it, it's not just for this game, it's for future titles which are coming out.

yes the 580 is faster than the 560 Ti, I've added another 560 Ti in SLI now though, and the performance is better than a single 580.

i got this videocard with an older cpu (e6850 2x 3.0ghz) and i was trying this game to see how much my system sucked on this game.

But, it runs great i run all settings ultra at fps 30-60 no lag lol

Is this with MSAA too? I've got pretty much the same kit but with a GTX 580. If I can get a solid 60fps with v-sync I'll be very happy!

Yes the game is more polished since the beta, and seems more fluid, DICE have done an amazing job.

I did overclock to 4.8 GHz stable, but running at 3.3 stock now, no point overclocking yet 2500k is a beast anyway.

You should run it fine with those specs.

Yeah i never go over 60c on full load, I've got it stock at 880mhz i can go to 980 but i don't much difference, maybe 3-4 fps

Yes it's all maxed apart from shadows is on high, not overclocked, card is overclocked version though, but i haven't overclocked it anymore.

Yeah the difference in price is not worth it to be honest, wait until the newer cards come out or wait for a cheap gtx 580 imo
