Looks like he picked up some sand or gravel on the road (or just too much power on the curve) as he changed down and powered away. Inexperience took over and he 'target fixated' on the very thing he didn't want to hit. Also his left foot waving about unbalances the bike..typical 'beginners' mistake. Expensive and painful lesson. Keep your feet on the pegs and look where you want to go...the bike will follow.
