can you tell me which bodybuilder eat few carbs??? in offseason, all bodybuilders eat much carbs to gain excess calories for muscle building... So, i dont think there is a bodybulder eat few carbs but dreams to build muscle

Do you really know what is offseason? if dunno, shut ur mouth. Just watch other pro doing his guest pose like Ronnie, Jay Cutler and others. Do they in their good condition? They even look sucks than wong hong in this clip but they still the best and have good condition more than you in their competition...
He's got a great lower body, but his upper sucks! Looks like he needs more dieting to get rid of that fat in his stomach. I aint talking only about this specific video though, but in most of all his videos he looks like a bodybuilder who eats too much carbs!!
It's a shame there isn't more videos of Wong Hong in YouTube. I hope to meet this fellow someday. He's got an awesome body and a pleasent presence. Faved!!
