If I only had $15-30 to spend, what lures or soft baits would you guys suggest for purchase? I'm going for mostly bass and panfish. Anything that can catch multiple species actually. Any help?

Bass caught in FL Drainage Ponds usually get put back unless they are really big?
Most FL freshwater fishermen believe in catch and release fishing.
It's always fun to try to catches them over again.
