I think the BBC have a few personal problems with this Airline, but to publicise in that way? It's as though they are voicing the opinions of the british nation, which it isn't. We are all free to choose who we fly.

And from that broadcast, most would certainly not agree with the BBC.

Vivian should appear on the Jeremy Kyle with O leary if he want's to make a public embarrasment.

Terrible terrible terrible program making. Did you see how Vivian White 'froze up' when given the chance the hit o'leary with some hard questions. Perhaps he's had a stroke or something, or perhaps the producers and team that worked on this episode are in line for the chop, because this was the worst panorama I've seen in quite some time.

If Ryanair adopted the BBC's business model they would run expensive flights to limited destinations with a large flat fee (enough to include plenty of needless £1m salaries), charge people even if they are using a competitor to get somewhere else, and send threatening letters to people that don't want to go on an aeroplane at all.

White and Panorama do have their own agenda as pointed out by O'Leary. White emphasises that you have to pander to their flight times and book way in advance to secure low costs. I have news for you White, it's a bloody airline business that caters for everyone and not just a sole individual, if anything they have plenty of choice with flight times and you have to remember that they have allocated time slots. As you can tell I'm wound up by the programme, P.S. I AM NOT MICHAEL O'LEARY:)

It's not compulsory to fly with them you have a choice, just the same as with the food & drink. Any food or drink offered on these flights is going to be a rip-off. But again, use some common sense White and buy it before bording the plane. Most Ryanair flights last for about an hour or two, so it's not like you'll die from starvation. The company gives people the opportunity to fly to places they would not of dreamed about and helps local European economies.

Vivian White is a pompus twat who indulges in his own sugness. As others have pointed out, what he tells everyones knows. The simple fact is people want the lowest flight cost possible, that's what Ryanair offers. I fly with them every month to Ireland. My train fare is nearly £30 for a 80 mile round trip to Gatwick, my flight 2 weeks ago cost £12 for a near 600 mile round trip, maybe they should investigate the rip off prices of rail travel in England.

This programme was completely awful. Just as the boss said if they were so bad then why are so many people flying with them? It's not a dictatorship not matter how much you claim it is: there really are competitive rivals. Sorry but Vivian White whoever he is is definitely not a talented journalist. There were massive gaping holes of logic throughout this programme. Think of all the poor people that have managed to work far away from home and able to see their families much more.
