Unbelievable. At first I couldn't tell if there was someone in the bucket or not, then I watched the beginning again, and I could see him moving around in there a little bit. There was definitely one guy on the sign, and another in the bucket. The guy in the bucket ends up on the ground, and indeed the driver of the truck runs up to check on him. The other guy is seen walking across the sign, and climbing down.

It seems to me that If you watch correctly there are 2 guys, one was outside the box, on the sign board and climbed down safely but the other was in the box, and it looks to me like he is down on the road next to the truck. You can see the driver of the truck running to check up on him.
