I know pull ups are the best exercise to develop wide lats, I also think that rowing type exercises for lats for thickness or X exercise thickening your muscles is another stupid myth. IMO theres no such thing as thinning or thickening your muscles.
scooby is a genious when it comes to getting in shape; its insane how good shape he is in for his age, these videos are by far the most helpful free videos on youtube on how to get into good shape without suppliments, thanks man!!

Scooby a question if I may, I have a long history of shoulder trouble and have at one time or another dislocated both shoulders. I do rehab exercises especially on my rotator cuff. It's difficult to do pullups so I do machine lat pulldowns. I understand that u r not a med. prac but any advice to build a V back with injury in mind would b much appreciated

When im working out my back i know that im doing all my exercises with good form and i can even feel the pump but when i wake up the next day i barely feel the soreness. I have a different question though.why is it that sometimes I feel pain in my shoulders when I do pull ups, and also, after every workout, I feel the muscle worked the next day(sore).The only muscle I don't feel sore the day after the workout is my shoulders...Is there any reason for that?

@scooby1961 I can not thank you enough scooby. I have had times when I wanted to work out and I did for maybe a week and a half then my motivation plummeted to the ground. Your videos have inspired and motivated me to stop giving up and I have been working out at least once every week full body exercise for about an hour and a half per session for about 2 months and im already seeing myself as being much bulkier than I used to be 2 months ago. Im a lucky one that gains muscle really fast.
The other night, I had a dream I was at Scoobys house. Pretty sure his mother (as if any of us have ever seen her) was also there and he was peeling the skin off of avacados and putting the edible part into a cake pan. just thought I'd share that with you all.

Thank you so damn much, I'm REALLY skinny and I have no idea how much % bodyfat I have but it can't be even close to much. By saying it takes like 2 years to even see a difference in your ''V'' Taper inspired me. I've been working out for 1 and a half year now and I really thought I was doing something because I still haven't seen much difference... but you made me realize I shouldn't give up thanks a lot man!

Great videos. I have one question/ suggestion: watching your videos, You often mention body proportions, but from watching you i get the impression that your neck is realy long and thin, chicken-like (No offense please!) compared to your body. From that is my question, is there any specific exercises to make neck thicker, grow some muscle there? Do You do any specific exercises for neck muscles? I, my self have long neck, so just wondering...

great vid scooby ! I have a different question though.why is it that sometimes I feel pain in my shoulders when I do pull ups, and also, after every workout, I feel the muscle worked the next day(sore).The only muscle I don't feel sore the day after the workout is my shoulders...Is there any reason for that?

@scooby1961 I can not thank you enough scooby. I have had times when I wanted to work out and I did for maybe a week and a half then my motivation plummeted to the ground. Your videos have inspired and motivated me to stop giving up and I have been working out at least once every week full body exercise for about an hour and a half per session for about 2 months and im already seeing myself as being much bulkier than I used to be 2 months ago. Im a lucky one that gains muscle really fast.

The other night, I had a dream I was at Scoobys house. Pretty sure his mother (as if any of us have ever seen her) was also there and he was peeling the skin off of avacados and putting the edible part into a cake pan. just thought I'd share that with you all.
