No. I'm fairly fine. It is impossible to obtain Mew legally in Generation III/IV, unless it is received from Nintendo at an event.

I don't fight free battles. That takes no skill when your opponent or you has an unfair advantage because of levels. Real skill is determined at a fair playing field.
