hey hey! Have you considered - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my BF got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • Oh hello! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my BF got amazing 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

  • My sister eats like 3 grown men and has weighed 122 pounds for more than 7 years of her life! She doesn't go to work, school, OR excersise? ME however, am a picky and less eater and what I do eat I make sure its healthy. Why the hell do I weigh 150 pounds??

  • @Mauriscinasa If I calculated correctly, then your BMI is 18.6. You are very close to being underweight, but not dangerously so at the moment. I'd say keep working out and do allow yourself a bit more sweets along with the healthy foods you eat. With your stats you need more than 2200 kcal / day to increase your weight.

  • I WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT SO FUCKING BAD!!! i would spend 5 hours working out on my muscles and my back and my Stomach. If only if i weight 200 pounds.Because people with Fast metabolism is more harder then people with slow metabolism because even though they are fat no matter how FAT are they they could spend like 5 or 8 hours Working out. We skinny bastards Eat and we get full too Quickly! if we eat anymore we WILL vomit . Ya fat asses! can keep working out and you can keep going... ! :[

  • Genes are definatly the main factor when it comes to body fat. My brother is 21, drinks like a fish and eats whole pizzas to himself and doesn't gain an ounce, meanwhile I'm slogging my guts out down the gym, cutting all carbs and snacking on almonds and berries to stay slim, I mean WTF?

  • lol i love the ending

  • Some people just throws up! lol then poop more than eating..LOL!

  • lol great vid....and bloopers ftw!!..hahahahahaha

  • I really like your videos but i disagree with you on this one. You are practically denying the existence of body types;

    I think genes are the number 1 factor that influence your BMR;

  • so hoe do you speed it up

  • @AdamBarcaParsons Nope, there isn't. But you know what? Relax! Maybe you are slim, but I bet you are 100% fit! One thing you could do, if you don't already, train your muscles. Being as fit as you are that should look really good on you!

  • How can I tell if I have a fast or slow metabolism? If I have slow, then can I still lose fat?

  • @AdamBarcaParsons Yep, stop moving and keep eating as you do now.

Seriously, if you eat a lot and don't gain weight then you also are rather active.

  • I wna speed up my metabolism. Im 15, and I spend 50% of my life exerciseing, and I don't eat much, yet I am 162. 6ft. Im not worried about my weight or anything, its just its annoying to havta spend hours every day exercising, and all weekend, and to count calories

  • @someone9906 Well, it's either the exercising and the counting or eating less, eh?

The nice thing about the exercising is it also makes you look good! ;)

  • @someone9906 Lol I can eat all of the junk food I want and never seem to put on weight or get fat, its great!

  • Great job. Good video! Thanks!

  • @margiliketarget Glad you liked it! :)

  • I REALLY ENJOY your video... i want you to become my channel friend.. checkout my channel!

if you like i will add you

  • Dude, you are lying, Cytochrome P450 in the body metablises lipids. The reality is, some people have some epigenetic conditions due to inheritance that makes them slow to metabolise stuff.

Yes, but some people my age will eat the same amount of McDonalds the I eat and yet be more fat.

  • @jopaddy81 Then show me the study proving that.

  • its your genes dawg... that is the main determinant

  • Thanks a lot.

  • Very educating and helpful videos, keep it up your advice is appreciated.Thanks.

  • You said a swear :o

  • @evilcyber Great vid! ...same height and the same sex... LOL.

  • I remember seeing that intro somewheres before..

  • @steveteaches Really? *whistles* ;)

  • ahhh great vid

  • @canadianguy1975 Thanks CG! :)

  • Great vid Evi, as usual :)

  • @SpankyBurrito Many thanks, Burrito! :)

  • Great video Evil. Thanks

  • @Simonjones1991 I appreciate it, Simon! :)

  • Great video as always Evil, the bloopers were hilarious, this consumes this video.

  • @0wenSlattery Yeah, that had consumed me pretty much! :)

  • Finally a video to link to all those who blame their metabolism for them not being able to accomplish their goals ;)

  • @ftwatheist I always try to make it so! ;)

  • Thanks a lot for this EC, it's nice to have metabolism explained in layman's terms. I also greatly enjoyed your use of the word 'bollocks'.

    Take care and thanks again,

    JP

  • @JPLeatherland I can't deny I have a special place in my heart for British culture ;)

  • Great information. Oh, and your bloopers at the end are wicked funny!!

  • @lubaby54 It ain't that funny when you try to say a simple word for the umpteenth time and it just won't come out right ;)

  • but what about body types? I thought that was fundamental

  • @st0rmr1der7 That is accounted for in when your body weight goes into the calculation. An endomorph's bones will be heavier than an ectomorph's.

  • Your intros are awesome! :D

  • @basejump8 Thanks base! :)

  • what are your sources for your opinion?

  • @moddingpc Excellent question! You are rightfully are this critical and I should as always have included my sources. I now have done so and you you can find the link in the description.

  • @Evilcyber

    thanks

  • when you say gain weight do you just mean fat or also muscle?

  • @ES7upyours I can pick up your username to answer that: Up to you. I'd say make it muscle. It looks better ;)

  • @Evilcyber what i meant was is a slow metabolism better for gaining muscle or worse? i wish i could change my user name is stupid lol

  • I wish more people could see this. I know a lot of people who refuse to try to lose weight; they think it's pointless because of their "slow metabolism." It's one of those hyper exagerated myths that really keeps people from reaching their fitness goals. It's almost as bad as the bulking-cutting, and targeted fat removal beliefs.

  • @titans091052 Well, people are also fed this believe by "nutritionists" and the like. But have a look at the NEJM study I linked to - it may be an interesting read for some of those ;)

  • Haha I like your intro man, great vid as usual.

  • @antlp89 If you had told me a couple of years ago that I would show myself to the public in that bathrobe! ;)

  • I agree with you that it is implausible to a very high extent when people bring up this argument from experience (rather, ignorance). But! And I don't mean that this statement can't be true without scientific research, but has there been any you know of done like the kind you give example of near the end? (People burning the same, or nearly the same amount of kcal doing the same things?)

Just so it's not a matter of conforming the world to the hypothesis and not the other way around. :)

  • @Terrayeah As I told moddingpc, you rightfully ask for scientific proof! I now linked two studies you may find interesting.

  • @Evilcyber

Thanks a bundle! Also, I said before that I was on a break to recuperate before I got back to bodybuilding and I have begun to do so lately and I'm trying to widdle my way around with scientific facts about nutrition and experience applying it. Trying out some different things right now than I did in the past and I'll see if I can attribute any positive or negative effects from it. As always, a big thank you for your efforts, gratitude might not be much in the wallet, but still. <3

  • Very helpful in clearing this topic up! Also the outtakes at the end were fun to watch! :)

  • @sexifencer Thanks sexi! And yes, this one prove very fertile for outtakes! :)

  • Thanks for this ;)
