Ed, I understand you don't like sharing information on your panels, however, may I please get the viewpoint settings you have for the LDS wing view in this video?
im late on this vid.. but its just so damn authentic feeling! may i ask how you reduce the file size that fraps generates... which software? and what do you use to edit the videos? i end up with over 2gb file sizes for frap videos from FS
The same way as the 2D cockpit side views. You just have to move the eye point in the panel cfg for this particular view. The bitmap is a photo I took on the real aircraft on my way back from ARN IRL
Good good. I was wondering, with your weather textures, are you using the ones genrated from AS 6.5 or, from another flight environment addon e.g Flight Environment?
I watched your video departing from Tunisia. Very nice. Im looking forward to flying into Tunisia myself :) From Ben Gurion this time. Any tips?
that approached looked so great. Do you have a problem with cloud layers just disappearing/appearing the higher/lower you get. Since overcast layers just pop up or pop away taking away all the realism from an already amazing flight experience
One of your very best efforts, Ed, and that's saying something. Everything flowed very smoothly, and I think it's great that people mistake that for FSX (must be the FEX clouds). Long live the "old" sim!
A combination of two things. Mainly Newbluefx motion effects (post production edit) and also the windows are in fact a gauge that vibrate themselves under the right conditions.
Ed amazing video once again!! I love the 767! I know you don't share but it`s worth asking anyway. Would you share the cockpit side views they are just wonderful??!!
I have flown to ESSA using wilco 737 PIC, saitek pro yoke, Navigraph charts, activesky and Aerosoft's arlanda addon.
I have flown the TROSA 2J STAR route for runway 01 L with altitude restrictions along the way, navigraph also supply AIRAC cycles to ensure that such restrictions are in the CDU arr/dep page, saves me the need to edit these once selected. I too fly with FD's on, 1st V215, LNAV, clean menouvering speed and then V NAV depending on any altitude and speed restrictions in the climb.
I do not use VOX atc. The wind sounds are from my video camera. I was recording arrivals at Heathrow on a windy day. I simply transfered the wind sounds to the video.....works well eh?
thanks for your reply ed. and then what . do i download the video and take the sound file .if so how do you download the vid .? i've had a look but can't see how its done . i know your busy but pointer to the right place would be great many thanks rabs

why the ATC said "Speedbird 780 Foxtrot"?, the flight number is BA780 not BA780F

@HeathrowSpottingHD I am afraid not. The edit is a lot more complex than just replacing panel bitmaps.
