The melody starting at 0:38 is not by Ilan Eshkeri .. By trying to play the song Nuvole Bianche by Ludovico Einaudi on piano I recognized that the first chords are the same.

Iceland has these dinky little pony things called Icelandic Horses, and because they've been isolated there so long, they are the most purebred horses in the world, and the government wants to keep it that way. Plus the movie people called them ponies, and Icelanders hate that!

Oh wow! Icelandic horses are really cute, I love their gaits ... but aren't they technically ponies? And surely none of the movie people planned on infidelity amongst horses haha. They had some pretty nice horses themselves - like Septimus' grey horse - it looked like an Andalusian or Lipizzan? Haha or maybe Lamia's goats were a threat to Iceland's pure ponies? :P
