Ah Alex that sucks,hope you don't give up on Nestle. Yes I opened a bag of 99 cent Nacho Cheese Doritos once and found 4 chucks of spices,I called the company and received 3 coupons for their large $3.49 bags,so that was nice of them. Peace
Actually I once complained to the Nestle Company about a "crunch bar". These are normally pretty yummie but this one had lots of little white worms eating it. They sent me coupons for free and nearly free chocolate products along with a nice letter. Hope you make out as well.
I once was promised a free gift from dabs dot com because I had bought a lot of products from them. A box arrived at my door, and I thought "YES! This is my free mug!". I opened the box and to my amazement there was nothing in the box. There was plenty of bubble wrap. I wrote an email to dabs. I said: "Dear sirs, thank you for the box that you sent me, but I was expecting a mug. Please could you send me another box this time furnishing it with a mug? Thank you."
I complained when they took the crunchie out of heroes :'( I got a standard "we have to change our products to keep people interested" e-mail. I haven't eaten heroes since.
