I like it how she doesn't make much waste of an Pineapple. Other videos on youtube showing usage of different tools are disaster, so much waste of a good fruit. This one is realy good, and you only need quality kitchen knife and some practice.

At $5 a pineapple where I live I eat as much of the fruit as possible. I eat the good fruit off of all the parts she carved off, especially the later stages where she cut out the dots. Good video.

Hmm..i never cut a pineapple this way...or the way they show you on all those videos...it wastes too much food... I just twist the top off and then slice it into four long pieces and eat it like a watermelon...all the way to the skin...
