The Master is a great character,shame in the new Who,the Actor feels the right to be totally OTT .

You can't beat Delgado,Ant Ainley was very good too.

@sirtinycreep it depends on your outlook, several incarnations of the doctor have not exactly been up to par but people enjoyed them, the current master is allot more excentric phycotic than the older more minyacle masters.

@centralcolumn Actually that was the War Chief, Different character. Although the FASA Roleplaying game did state that the War Chief was an early incarnation of the Master, this theory is often thought of as non canon
