@Jalledrengen12 climbing ladders is like a car, triangle/Y to get on them, up and down on analog stick to climb, use X/A to climb faster.

there is a room in a building that is hard to get to that i found but i think it may only be in The ballad of gay tony.

the building is a square with a helipad on top and it is near the empire state building. next to the helipad is a door which you go through and run down a few corridors until you get to a room decorated with ice hockey trophies. it also has an open window to jump from.

In the ps3 version there is a rare pickup variation with top halogen lights and light protecters on that road you say has many cars.
