Hey Dennis, I'm looking to buy some skates,what would you recommend? I have looked at the reidell rhythm and sure grip rhythm. I am leaning towards sure grip rhythm chicago,but the price has gone way up since the 80's. What is your preference? any help would be gratly appreciated, I have not skated for a long time on quads. I own inlines,but would love to get back into quads! Peace!

Yes, they are very small and are called "Dance Stops". Any skate Pro Shop or online skate supplier will carry them.

Excellent question , that was one of my first questions. The answer is after a short amount of time of continually doings the spins. The equilibrium in your ears will simply adjust and you won't feel all that dizziness. Now control is a totally different subject in and of its self. ONLY time will fix this with a lot of attention to detail.

The bigger the toe stop the harder to perform. I go with the smaller ones just because of this.
