This is a good start for wobble resampling. One thing that makes resampling easier for me is just freeze the massive track and drag the recorded clip to a audio track. your done..resampled!!
around 7:44, how were you able to get to that sample box at the bottom? im still kinda new at this :p mine isnt there lol and also at 9:36, my pitch bend isn't working.. any ideas? help?
Great sounds and tutorial! What happened to the narration in the second half? It's hard to follow your moves when you stop talking. Especially since i work mostly in logic, the ableton controls are a bit foreign to me.
This is by far the best dubstep bass tutorial I have found, as you cover the resampling part of it too rather than just showing how to modulate the synth patch
Mars your tutorials are excellent. I would like for you to talk more about resampling. I'm using logic. I would like to get samples into kontakt and be able to play on my keyboard so I can play basslines live. Your thoughts?
That 3rd bass is really sick... I think it would be rewarding to understand the program well enough to pull something like that off, intentionally. I've still yet to find a comprehensive manual for Massive. Any ideas?
@SwitchUpBroadcast for that bass 3 sound open up "Scrap Yard" in an osc. and bump up your unison to like 10 or something like that and put an lfo on the Wt position, that should get you close to the sound.
