How long should the full scan take, mine has been running for 15 hrs (on another computer). It said one file infected in the quick scan so I did the full scan . The main problem is that I get a fake Google page and it directs me to random sites.

Its set to automatically run every month. For everyday purposes, Microsoft created "Microsoft Security Essentials" antivirus. Its free and its as good as kasparsky.
