They're missing side windows. It's not that hard to put 2 additional monitors on either side on the cockpit. Modern AMD cards can pump 6 video output per single card.
To be honest, i've seen better home made cockpits, although it weren't full motion ones. And I don' think it's good idea to fly Boeing 737 in this one.
