  • Fantastic vid & so inspirational! I've been on JM 30-day shred + Zumba for about 3 weeks & have dropped about 8 lbs. It was difficult @ first but now I look forward to my routine. I have so much more energy now, my clothes fit better & not to sound corny, but I feel so damn happy that I'm starting to annoy my friends, lol. Thanks so much for the vid!

  • @makeupNdesign Congrats! Have you been sticking to JM Shred daily?? It was hard for me to stick with her day to day. She's crazy but amazing. I'm SOO happy that you've found the new energy & what exercise can do to your life =) Your friends will soon join in too, trust me! Keep me updated! I love to see my subbies/friends truckin' with their workouts =)

  • Wow. Can yuo make more of these videos? I am currently loosing weight and I find these types of videos so motivating! You are amazing keep up the good work!!

  • @fortynineB Thank you so much ! Videos as in motivational/inspirational types? I feel like if I make more of those types of videos, some will be sick of me constantly saying that =( But let me know what you're more interested in

  • Good job on the weight loss!!! Keep up the good work! =)

  • good job that's great girl:) Are you trying to lose anymore weight or are you done? I am 5'1 and now I weight 120 and I am trying to get to 110 it's so hard though..

  • @sweetkisses021 I'm aiming for about 128lbs ... maybe? The weight isn't my main goal anymore.. If I lose weight, cool! If I stay where I am, that's cool too =) I'm focusing on toning, EVERYWHERE ! =) For us petite girls, unfortunately, it's much harder for us to lose weight.. Just push all you have into your workouts & stay dedicated. Make sure you're eating right too because you know fitness + diet go together! =)

  • thanks for this video! much appreciated :-)

  • great video ! thank you for making this <3

  • this is awesome kaycee! i might have missed it, but do you count calories or stop eating after a certain time? And what do you do when you have cravings?

  • @1YellowStiLetto Thank you ! No, I don't count calories or stop eating after a certain time. Counting calories can really discourage your lifestyle change. You can eat whatever you like, just pick good food choices & size proportion! Be reasonable with yourself. I don't eat dinner often during the week because I had a really big lunch. If I do, then it's just a snack. Whenever I have a craving, I go with it! Just size proportion & control =) Don't restrict yourself of anything.. just control!

  • Congrats! YOu look amazing.

  • what did you do for strength training?

did you take classes or did you just did cardio and strength on your own?

i workout mainly on my own, and i find it hard to do strengthening and don't know what to do...any ideas?

  • @meeee1992 Hi ! These are great questions !

    1) I either follow a home DVD or lift weights by myself using the cable cords (similar to the Bowflex System). Home DVDs are great because they're simple & easy. I use to work at a gym so I know what movements I should do when I lift weights. A great place to get ideas from are through magazines, especially Women's health !

    2) The only classes I take are through home DVDs.. I don't own a gym membership anymore! So, I do cardio & strength on my own =)

  • Thank you for making this video :) Congratulations and best of luck on your race! You can do it! :)

  • @nvthao You're so welcome, Nas =) & thank YOU for these great questions ! I will definitely update here after my race ! =)

  • you look great.... ive been following for awhile

  • Wow, I really have so much admiration for you. You have really accomplished so much, not only with exercising, but being successful in changing your lifestyle. I think my main obstacle is not having a strong support system. My family continues to cling to an unhealthy diet, and they often make me or offer me food that is not part of my diet. Also, I can't seem to shake my cravings for sweet/fatty food during that time of the month. I guess that's just nature, but it doesn't help matters! :)

  • @hummiemd Aw thank you SO much ! Having a strong support system definitely helps. Try to get your family into eating healthy =) at least a little bit to start with first. Force yourself to control ! :)
