ya they do her bomb is pathetic and hardly ever hits and doesnt even explode on contact so u cant do a bomb recovery and zss is a small flip not really helpful at all

well for gamecube controller u have to hold down r so try that

no when you press sstart while holding r or whatever for classic is what you do then when on stage selection in the top left corner you see which player is what i think it is more to check for these things is it's purpose.
