Jesus said in Matthew 28: 19 "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:" If you look closely to what Jesus said, you can tell He is saying for everyone to get baptized in His name. You have to get baptized in Jesus name. It is a problem if you are not baptized in Jesus name, because your sins will not be washed by His blood. When Jesus said "...name..." He meant one name, His, and it is singular not plural.
