this doesnt top the time where about 2 years ago a few rebs decided to put a paintball in their musket. long story short it hit the guy next to me in the nuts and he went down hard... it was funny though and the paint was drk blue so it didnt show up on our union jackets... we all got a good laugh out of it

I hate the guys who get shot and as they fall to the ground slowly the whiggle around a bit. That's just so demoralizing. When I take a hit, I drop to the ground as hard and as fast as I can.

Actually most men weren't killed instantly even yes it looks better when you do that, most layed there in agony for awhile.

@BurntDogProductions i did that one time its because i was bored so i made it look like i was wounded in the leg so i started to crawl back to my unit which had left our cannons cause we were reenacting bull run

@Irish8594 Yeah one time we had all the drummers take a hit and one of us wasn't paying attention and didn't fall. So he took off running. Like dropping his drum ( on me) and running at full blast, another time when only one of us got hit we dragged him back because we weren't doing anything.

hahaha yeah I took a hit and toppled over like tht onto our gunners leg when we were about 100 yards from reb infantry. IT was great. He freaked out. But yeah good job dying man.

I've been in the hobby for 10-years and that is the best head shot I have ever seen-hands down. You get bonus points for scaring the kid-lovely....just lovely.

I twisted my ankle getting shot once, ran as fast as possible to this Fed who was busy loading and was late got shot in what I assumed to be left shoulder/side of chest so I spun round landed on my back then felt my ankle. Real good i'm impressed most just slowly slump to the ground but that..yeah it looked real. I reckon I can learn a thing or two!

Ha! Yeah, we have an old guy in our Union artillery unit named Kenny. He got shot at a recent battle and I said to a my friend, "Oh my God! They killed Kenny! Those bastards!".
