Who cares... Japan is a country, so they have their own culture, then we have to respect their culture and their moral... so please do not be ridiculous....... if you do not like it move somewhere else :)
I laughed at "most people are afraid to speak about sex". That's hardly just Japan. It's fine to advocate for social change, but you should say exactly what you're advocating for. If its just, "I don't like this." , no one will pay attention to you and deservedly so. You also can't advocate for a law unless you understand the basics of what you're talking about.
@DreamGranules That's true! people talk freely about pornography (among their own gender) about about sex, is not common according to my experience. I'm not advocating for any big social cause, but I don't think it's fair for females to be exposed to material like this. That's basically how guys are educated on how to treat a girl. In my opinion, it's not cool.
Japan has less crimes, but I don't think this just means porn. Urban Japanese culture tends to have EVERYTHING flashy and put out a little too strong: children's products to car ads; porn was just another one that went WAY too far.
@georg457 yes? so why don't you talk to Japanese females who often feel scared about riding the crowded trains and being grouped by the local men? now you ask, where do men get the idea they can just group women? no, it's not moral of the west, it's just respect for each other.
What I see here is a confusion between formal education and capitalism. You have a misleading headline, which states the video is about "Sex Education Made in Japan." The content of the video however, is mainly of video clips revealing the availability of pornography in convenience stores in Japan. At no point in this video is there any identification of formal sex education in Japan, or even a reference to formal education (besides the title). Pornography is not the issue. Guess again.
@paidophilos my video is not an academic research on sex education, instead I'm saying that most of the people get their sex education from convini stores porn magazines.
@ayinozendy it's not a critic of "Japan" as the beautiful country that I love. It's a critic of these type of behaviour lack of respect with children and women. It wouldn't make it acceptable if it was in my home country. Yes, there are problems around the world and some countries are even more violent towards children, women and minority comparing to Japan. That's why we need to speak up and let people know about issues we want to change in society in general.
@animarkzero are you saying that just because there is a lower crime rate in Japan then people should shut up? Lower crime is not good enough. I hope for a world without crimes at all and without discrimination and violence towards children, women and minorities. We are all part of the same planet and violence should be combated and stopped no matter where. Now, instead of going home and crying maybe u should start doing some activism to make Japan the country with no sex crimes at all.
@MainichiNihon "I hope for a world without crimes at all and without discrimination and violence towards children, women and minorities." So in order to accomplish this it is justifiable to discriminate or have violence against men? I am assuming the purpose of your video is to express anti-porn sentiments, or the desire to ban porn. Banning porn won't work. There is conclusive scientific evidence which states that porn and sex crimes have a negative correlation: PORN PREVENTS CRIME.
@paidophilos I'm not against porn... I think it's a job like any other job. However, i have mixed feelings when young people get addicted to porn without having another source to learn about sex and relationship. So, basically I not BASHING Japan as a country, I just want to raise awareness that sex should be talked about and taught at schools so youngsters can learn better.
This more catastrophic than Saddam Hussein attacking the oil wells of Iraq, the falling of the twin towers of New York, etc. There are very few advocates for this. There are more advocates for cruelty against animals, for feminists, and sexual perverts.
Hmm...we can only read the times...and the motives of the leaders of the nations. They are also powerless and helpless because I believe, it is a spiritual attack, which needs spiritual warfare.
Japanese people were one of the few countries that was untouched by some much evil, good people, intelligent, and very clever. This is a plan to destroy it. The rising sun is setting!
Children are natural reminders of innocence, holiness, and the Divine. Looking at a child, even a father and mother stop fighting and start loving.
The child is now targeted for the opposite. The child is now someone thats invokes perverted sexual hunger and the demonic desire to devour and abuse. Sad!
"A 49 year-old man was arrested for groping a 15-year old high school girl on a train and, after she got off at Shinjuku station, punching her in the stomach, dragging her 200m through the rush hour crowd, and raping her in a public toilet." Metropolis magazine, Tokyo, Nov. 20, 2009
This shows us a sad reality. After reading this article my question was, "why no one at busy Shinjuku station cared to helpe the girl?" No one stopped the man! It's outrageous!!!
Excellent Video!! I mean the people that are so for lolicon state Japan is so open with sex yet compared to many countries they are not as open like they think. For some reason it is not taboo to have pedophilic manga yet it is taboo to speak about sex for educational purposes. This video really shuts up all those lolicon and etc supporters maybe they arent into Japan like they think since they fail to see the problems Japan has with sex. Again great amazing video. Keep up all the good work!
