I play 5 pin in YBC Bowling (Youth Bowling Canada) and I went to the Nationals in Saskatchewan in May of 2011 (and I won a BRONZE!!! :3 ). I'm only 11, and I was looking for more of a technique sort of game, and no offence, but this is.... CRAP!!! If you want to go get a bowling game, I suggest you go to you're local bowling ally and pay for a REAL game. And if there is none near you, just go without instead of buying a 20$ peice of bullcrap! It wasn't developed by Farsight it was developed by Point Of View who made the N64 Version of Brunswick Circuit Pro Bowling. Despite bad graphics and over 10 years Circuit is still the best bowling game IMO

About the controls, just bowl slowly, it wants you to bowl a full swing not just flick the controller.

The pin physics looked terrible. Not as bad as GTA IV's though, but still a large step up from Wii Sports. But then again, I bowled in AMF alleys all my life, and never really got to know how different Brunswick's pins are like.

Gaming isn't really the best place for bowling games, unless you like dealing with mediocrity in both physics and execution. FPSs, RPGs, Racing games, and Action games is truly what gaming is all about anyway. Sadly, this generation s the worst one in a long time. :(

FE: RD is a great game, i love it and would love to see a review for it too. I mean i know its great i just like to see how others view it.

The Wii is more casual than the other systems though, its that simple. They have there core titles but they also have the casual titles.

And unlike some others i dont link casual and crap together. Casual games can be very good IMHO.

The GH and RB games r as casual as u can get, EVERYONE plays them, but they rock.

Looks great, graphically for a Wii game. (said the 360 owner). I get bowling in GTAIV and then I get to rob, steal cars, take train rides and shoot at people! Also I think all bowling games should be banned as going to a real bowling alley, as Mark suggests means playing on pinball machines and in real arcade cabinets.
