Definetly someone to admire, and I can't stress this enough:

She uses her REAL VOICE. Jewel does not autotune or any of that sit, and she still sounds good without it. Jewel always brings the sorrow out of me- the kind I keep hidden behind every other musician artist I listen too. It's heart aching, but she really digs deep for me. I love how she sings differently on every song she does. No song of hers is ever preformed the exact same. It's just like how people reference a song to a certain moment or thought in their life. Jewels singing lets me know that it's OK that one song can be sung in different ways, for all the different emotions that there are.
