as for your question. first I start with a sound clip. I edit it with either adobe soundbooth software or sony soundforge software to improve the quality of the track .

then I use either sony vegas software, or proshow producer software or a combination of both depending on the clip.

for clips with translation I use proshow producer. obviously I use video clips or pics as background depending on the clip.
