dude if you have some dial-up piace of crap you cant get any faster, you must have at least 15000 kbps connection to notice some changes if you got some 768 kbps DSL connection it wont work.

NOT. There is no max u can set it to 99999999 if you wanted too. If your internet cant handle more than 50 objects at one time then theres no reason to set it that high.... You need a 40000m/bit (aka. FiOS) connection to handle 100+ objects.
