Thats not really a spring roll, its a raw springroll :D when you have done all that(until cutting) you have to dip the spring roll into a dough and really secure the ends and then boil it in oil. Why make spring rolls that way? why not just make tortillas or burritos?
Another good sauce to put inside the spring roll is Hoisin sauce (you'll find it in your Asian aisle at the supermarket). It super delicious and a little goes a long way so you use less calories :)
