Its also hard to get pro bowlers when they play for a losing team, teams that win usually have the most pro bowlers but you dont have to have the most pro bowlers to win. Zach Miller has made a difference, as has Louis Murphy, Chaz Schilens, Tyvon Branch, but until the Raiders are fixed on he OL and at QB none of those other positions matter.

They're completely different players -- I wouldn't expect a niner fan to factor in reality when discussing any Raider player so whatever.
Crabtree has great hands but his athleticism is so-so and he's an asshole.
Heyward-Bey is a physical specimen which an incredible work ethic and good personality. If he develops his hands he'll be great.

Heyward-Bey with soft hands would have been the #1 receiver in the draft.
