@kazzaexcel Alright uhm, conduct a clean uninstall of the trial and delete all registry keys by downloading ccleaner and cleaning all blacklisted registry keys after uninstalling the trial. After that please reinstall the triall and follow the instructions once again. Once everything has been done accordingly and similarly to the prompts in the video please then run the word, PowerPoint whatever that you need as administrator.

Check if that works. Get back to me.

Although Small Minor Point I did have Program Files and Program Files(x86) Tried the first and nothing... then tried the (x86) same drill and BINGO.... THANKS HEAPS... Now I dont have that silly thing popping up all the time, then restricted... bleehh...

I dont have the office set up controller... :/ just a .exe file and 3 .dll files

@TommyProc97 It's either that you dont have the trial installed or you havent installed it properly. Uninstall and then reinstall. Make sure you have hidden files and folders checked. If you dont know how to do that then google it up.

Once you've done that get back to me.

@ninjaearth12 When you edit that Text document. Save as on your desktop and then replace the text document in the folder with the one you saved on the desktop. It should work. :)

Wait! i found the setup controller. I went in and changed it to NeverInstalled and it said "access denied"

im soo sorry i kno im driving you crazy, but im new to this whole thing. after i downloaded word i did all the steps but when i open the microsoft shared file i cant find an office 12 folder? haha again soo sorry you just seem to be good with this :)

@TheSamaraangel Uhm, try reinstalling the trial. And check the option for "Show Hidden Files and Folders".

Also make sure that you're logged in as admin, not as an user.

where do i actually download the microsoft program. would i just normally download it as if i was doing the trial ?
