  • @TheHk145 yup, of course it is! You can make it however you like! Just make sure it's cooked al the way through :-)

  • A sdmall tip, if you have a pestle and mortar use that to crush the parsley instead of chopping it up. Crushing the parsley lets it release more flavor. Kind of like in Harry Potter, crush not slice.

    Instead of boiling potatoes I decided to go for a gratin dauphinois, because it sounds so fancy and yummi. We'll see how that one goes.

  • oh- and u must deep fry- sorry health nits- but once in a while isnt bad- and this recipe deserves it :)

  • its not the same if the chicken isnt stuffed, true kiev chicken tastes very different- im sure your is great - but its not the same.stuffed from the inside it infuses more the into the chicken. myself i flatten chicken- combine butter, garlic, parsley. dash of worchestershire and put nutter mix to ice trays for 30 mins to set. one cube on each flattened breast-roll and secure with toothpicks.put in freeaer 20 mins,dip in flour, the egg, then breadcrumbs- the extra work proves worth it in the end

  • We just made the chicken last night and it was delicious! and it tastes even better the next day as leftovers! The only thing we found is that the crust doesn't get crunchy by just baking it, so just before we pulled it out of the oven, we put it on broil and it made the crust perfect (:

  • I love watching your videos because your cooking is very easy to follow and I have cooked a couple of things following your instructions,and now I know how to make them on my own.So with all due respect towards the chef,this Mike person annoys me greatly.His humor is slowing down the food preparation process unnecessarily,so every time I play a video with the intention of getting a recipe and a walktrough I have to mentally prepare myself for his jokes and interruptions.

  • A real greek salad requires onions and the tomatos should be big and very juicy. The juices run into the oil and then you add vinegar. After youve eaten everything in the bowl, the dip is the best thing ever! Just get some big chunks of hot bread and dip it in. Thats how it should be done!

  • hello guys! i found your channel a week ago and i'm absolutley in love with it! going to cook macarons today ;)

    i just wanted to ask you where did you get this recipe? it is so cool but easy to make. the thing is that i'm russian and here we eat a lot of chicken Kiev, you can find it in each restaurant! but what we usually eat is a roll of chicken. There's butter and herbs inside and crispu bread on the outside and the main trick is when you bite it, melted butter somes out and moisture chicken.

  • @shazenmaire Only about half a dozen of all our videos are from the books. The books contain 85% brand new content never before used on YouTube by us. So plenty to get your teeth stuck into if you buy the cook books! :D

  • @hannahgirasol Just as we did... blitz it as bread rather than toast! Then when it absorbs all the garlic and herb butter it'll be perfect.

  • since there are a few recipes where you have to separate the egg white and the yolk i need some ideas what i can do with just the egg white or just the egg yolk without a lot of work and ingredients you should already have at home. i just hate to throw something away that i could use for something else - any ideas?

  • @austrianmusicfreak Try our 'egg surprise' video... it uses up just about any leftovers in your fridge and you can always add extra yolks or whites that you have leftover.
