I loved the book; beautifully written, but very depressing. Poor Sue, all she wanted was to find happines and make friends, but she coudn't because she was too powerful... (She does in the end, but the ending is very sad)

I read the combination of all the manga series in less than an hour. Its a very sad story, but since i got mine from a library some pages where colored on and ripped out... I hate people who do that to perfectly god manga... Maybe it was a little kid who thought it was a coloring book or something... And they used color sharpie and it bleeded throught to other pages =*(

I hope that now that Tsubasa has finished running, maybe CLAMP can revisit their hiatus stories. X/1999 has been on hiatus since the earthquake...Clover doesn't have a magazine to serialize it...and Legal Drug is just sitting there in limbo. I know they are doing Kobato and xxxHOLiC but I'm missing X/1999 a lot.

I've been wanting to get Clover for years and years, (the artwork and the Jules Verne type setting seemed gorgeous) but I have to say... I was a bit underwhelmed with the story. They just didn't do much with the characters or plot. Maybe I need to reread it and let it grow on me I guess..

Yeah I was seriously underwhelmed... instead of an epic story, it was a bunch of sort of semi nteresting stories that never really went anywhere.

I did think Ora was a great character. Sue was cute, but she didn't do very much. I just kept thinking Clover was a pretty face with not much below the beautiful art.

As far as I know Clover hasn't been made into an anime, they only did this. The manga is in hiatus and I don't know if Clamp will ever finish it. It's amazing tho, I recommand you read it, it's totally worth it a very different from their usual stuff.

Clover is pretty rare to find but Dark Horse (supposedly) released a complete collection of Clover. Of course Clover isn't done but it's all of what they have so far. It was suppose to come out in June but I haven't seen it anywhere.

yeah, i felt the same (my library has the 4-vol. one :). i felt that it didnt tie up at the end, but the book left a really nice, quiet feeling. the pictures, as usually, are stunning.

One of the best unfinished masterpieces that Clamp has created. After Chobits, CCS, X/1999 and Tsubasa Chronicle, this series is one of the best. The artwork is beautiful and the series is very rare to find.

Lol Clover consists of four beautiful manga, Clamp did this short as a teaser before they began releasing the manga. I think it was introduced by TokyoPop overseas in America and Europe. The manga's are very rare and the story is all about finding hapiness, even if it is just a little. It's a really bittersweet series.
