I am sure u understand that no one gives out any kind of aid without any vested interest. There is always a give and take. And more over most of American aids are like loans not gifts which other nations have to pay back. It sure is a support but doesnt mean receiving countries completely depend on it.

If you Americans don't vote him President, can we Canadians have him as Prime Minister? Very stirring statesman. I think people underestimate just how tired Americans are of paying for institutions of the 20th Century. Basically the IRS is little more than a money-pot for the government, and we Canadians have the same system (roughly) with the Bank of Canada. End the War. End the IRS. Put the neo-cons in jail while you're at it.
