@legobrikboy123 I'm not sure. The reason a condom or cling film would work is because it's stretchy and can easily be ripped. You may have to do some experimenting. But then that's half the fun with these things!

I too am a bit confused as to where the fishing line is tied. It is tied to the washer, obviously, but then where does the washer go? Is it glued to the inside or outside of the condom?

It is glued to the outside of the condom, before you pour the blood in. Leave the glue to set for at least 20 mins or so before putting blood in and using it.

I've attached the fishing line to a metal washer. You could even use a coke can ring pull or even a button. This is then superglued to the condom. So that when it is pulled it splits the condom and spurts blood out.

We have used money bags in the past, but that was with explosive charges. Condoms are stretchy and weak enough to pull open with a quick yank. Maybe you could use cling film? I'm not sure. Don't be afraid of the condoms, condoms are your friend.

A washer is a metal circle used in mechanics and plumbing etc. You could use anything you can glue to the condom and tie fishing line to though.
