  • WOW Nice Color!

  • you painted a stainless steel body car you moron!!!!

  • Dont like color but GREAT rebuild that takes sum talent !

  • That's a Kick Ass Restoration

  • damn that's nice! How many ponies she putting down.

  • I think thats fucking dirty. Different is good! Respect man. Check my vid of the abandoned one in my town! Hoping to someday redo it

  • This is a bad ass car yall I dont care what you say. it still looks like it should with a few upgrades bad ass i would of done it too.

  • Wao. Great.

  • Awesome video. And a great build!

  • Why would you want to turn your DeLorean into something completely different?

  • It looked way better when rotten...

  • Great... Very, Very coollllllll!!!!

    Congratulations!!!

  • WoW! Amazing!

  • Didn't like the front end....

  • Wonderful and Intelligent Concept...The Best effort...Welldone...Free Wheels...of Beuty...

  • in my personal opinion, you did a great job of doing some of the greatest custom work on a DeLorean. Dont listen to a word anyone says, after all its your car. My Grandfather had a 1981 DeLorean until he pasted away in Jan. of this year. It has been sitting for the lat 15 years and it still runs. My Aunt unfortantly has the car and has no desire of keeping it. I been trying to talk her into handing it over to me since I'm the mechanic in the family. Lets just hope she does give it to me.

  • @johnknight1981 It would be a sin for someone to just throw away a Delorean lol. If you have to, beg for it. It would be totally worth it.

  • bad music (in my opinion) but stunning car. its one of the best looking deloreans

  • time to mute :D

  • the only good thing is now there is a twin turbo

  • what did you do?!?!?!?! you are the one that trashed it dumbass sell it or leave on the side of the road and let me pick it up so i can make it look original

  • How did you find this delorean?

  • This would be great if the current DMC wanted to redesign the car, this would be a great "modern version" of the car; more horses under the hood, sleeker design, and a sumptuous interior: now it is a true sports/super car. Well done.

  • must be the best deLorean!! ever!!

  • FANTASTICOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

  • you just jacked up a Delorean and made it look awesome:)

  • Great job!

  • This car looks a hell of a lot better than a mouse nest rotting away in a garage. Some people are fucked up, no respect for someones hard work. If you own something you can do whatever the fuck you want with it!!!!

  • Great Job!

  • What's the name of this song

  • @transformer01able Bring me to life by evanescence

  • Impressive make-over. How much did it cost you to complete?

  • What a hack job. Should have parted it out and let some honest restorers actually work. You should have cut up a lotus or just made a fiberglass replicar. Hope you like it because no collector is going to do anything but sneer at this. Pity you worked so hard.

  • to those who are bitching bout this delorean should have been kept as its original steel exterior, go own one and do whatever the fk you want with it/. what this guy did was restored it to what he thinks looks good. to me it looks great. mind you also those who said to keep the engine to tis original, the original engine sucks balls!

  • Once idiots paint these it is almost impossible to restore it to stainless(the amount of man hours is just not worth it). One the other hand...other than the yellow interior, I commend you for going against the grain. I regret selling mine everyday before I could get deep into restore. You'll see my videos on here one day.

  • who the fuck cares if its not original. custom beats recycle cube!

  • what a mess, looked better in the abandoned barn, ORIGINAL FACTORY SPEC IS ALWAYS BETTER!!!

  • Thats the way to destroy a beautiful classic car that its unique and perfect in original condition

  • i prefer the original

  • Spendid job, not sure about interior but I am sure you are happy with it.

  • It looks really nice, just Im not really into yellow interiors.

But near my town there is a red Delorean in an old showroom, it is in ok condition the interior is starting to fall apart and there are cracks in the engine cover, little things. I wish someone would fix it up and use it like you did to yours.

  • Cool! awesome car! awesome PRV Engine ;)

  • Oh my, the yellow on black looks sharp but not fitting for a d, why did you drill holes in the original b pillar fillers and then rivet them back on? Do you not know how to release the fasteners? Bold but awful, shrinking and correcting stainless is hard granted, however the pride of refitting the car is priceless. The car is now ruined with paint and bondo. Shame on you sir, bad form, bad form.

  • Very nice and creative. Must've taken lots of work to do that. Good to know that you've kept it alive. Although, in my opinion, the yellow doesn't fit with 80's styling and the lights look a bit awkward. The signature Delorean looks are not present anymore, maybe you could've left the front fascia. The widebody is really nice though. However, I do give respect where it is due, and you have it.

  • Maybe you should have just left it to rot. I mean what the hell with that interior and widebody?!

  • should have stayed with the stainless steal. its not too late to change it back

  • ok pretty sweet car but the black is just stupid should have stuck with the original stainless steeel

  • The trash on the back should be thrown away and the interior should be stock. I do like the black paint but stock stainless silver is the way to go.

  • AWSEOME Job, People miss the point about being creative and the time and effort that went in to this project and the people dedicated to make a part of history come to life, really cool stuff !

  • Just so you know, I amagine that I would spend money, just to see this car. It's utterly fabulous! I'm not crazy about the mods, being a naturalist, but I still didn't mind them at all. Ur a lucky owner :D

  • It is beautiful but let me be honest: they must be silver...

  • Good job. Like the black. But the interior isn't beautiful...

And the back mods looks worse then original.

  • Beautifully done . DeLoreans r my favorite cars since I was a kid. Really done a great job

  • la historia del delorean habla de un delorean plateado, aunque este quedo bien, no es una restauración sino una personalización.

  • the paintjob is pretty nice but yellow is one colour a delorean should never wear.

  • BLACK AND YELLOW!!! BLACK AND YELLOW!! :D

  • oooooooooohhh, nice, can u do that wt my delorean???

  • really nice a lot of hard work there, love the yellow interior

  • sorry didint watch the whole video

  • That makes me fucking sick he could have busted the windows and hot wired it

  • Thank you for bring that car back to life and putting so much love into it. No Delorean should go unloved. From one Delorean owner to another good work.

  • i have nothing to say except amazing!

  • looked way better before all the custom crap, why would you ruin the car like that? oh well at least its running again

  • pretty sick but u should have left the stainless steal body and the front headlights

  • no way this car is sweet! way better looking then a regular Delorean

  • I'm loving it, bro. I'm loving it.

  • Are you kidding me with the negative comments here? Really??? This car was already painted black before he got it. To try and restore that original factory look would have been near impossible... and obviously not what he was going for. @qwadboy - The car is not ALL stainless. There was plenty of rust and rot in the car. I think this is an outstanding build up of a custom car. It wasn't mean to be a factory restored ride. I for one give the builder 2 thumbs up for a terrific job! Nice car!!!

  • FUCKING GOOD JOB MATE, TO HELL WITH THOSE HATE COMMENTS :)

  • Imagine: Herbie combined with the Delorian Time Machine! THAT'S Back To The Future 4!

  • I think it looks great

  • Thats fucken bad ass. I used to love deloreans, but think they are kind of ugly now, but this one is awesome.

  • UNLIKE most of these comments, I actually think its a job well done. A unique Delorean that isn't the same as all the others out there! Well done mate. How much did that set you back and what was the time frame of completion?

  • As a fellow owner, this vehicle is a disgrace to a classic. Who in their right mind would turn an icon into looking like a teenager's rice-burner. What a tragedy. What a waste.

  • @johnnyd83 This car was DEAD already. He did a great job building a nice, custom show car that would stand out like a DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH at any DeLorean show. I assume you'll say the same for the Back To The Future movie cars too??? If that movie never existed I think the DeLorean would have about 75% fewer fans than it does now. I once saw a Corvette Yellow DMC1 with a full black interior. Just color changes made that car stand out and looked much nicer than the factory cheap BLAH interior!!!

  • heard in the minute 1:05 in the photo is 12/03/2006

  • Some nice DeLorean upgrades! On one hand I miss the stainless steel exterior, but on the other hand, the added color and headlight upgrades make it seem like a bit more modernized (?)

  • Thats a great thing to see on the road in a world full of Honda Civics and Toyotas.

  • I think its cool since almost all deloreans look identical or look like retard back to the future replicas.

  • Like it but u destroyed the look of the front

  • My jaw just dropped when i saw the finished product. This is the best custom delorean i've ever seen.

  • all i have to say is :O, and btw PERFECT song for video. i love evanessance!!

  • very well done. A great custom job that maintains the original style, but has a touch of modern style too.

  • Still got it How much do you want for it

  • What the fuck?? Nothing against your craftsmanship it´s well made but you can´t customize such a rare car man!! you can´t do that!!

  • @DaBoogie049 He can't?

  • I really enjoyed that video!

Ignore the haters. You are a skilled artist with great taste. You will be riding around in style while they are riding in their cars that look like everybody elses.

  • @lostbooger I agree... this car rolling down the road would grab anybody's attention... whereas a stock DeLorean quite often goes completely unnoticed by the majority. Most "kids these days" don't even know what a DeLorean is. I can appreciate most any car but customization has been a long lived American thing and there isn't any reason a DeLorean can't be one of them.

  • @nbit69 its probably the bad reputation with Belfast, the DeLorian was most likely the best thing that came out of Belfast, the last thing before that had come out of belfast beforethem ended up having Leonardo DiCaprio hanging off the back of it

  • Awesome.

  • Change the music please!

  • - Now we need to bring John Delorean "Back to Life" -

  • why did you paint it ?

  • @corkbake That is its original colour, that is one of the models built for trainees, which were not stainless steel-bodied.

  • In addition to my last statement, How I crave seein this car in a Lighter color like white or gray, cuz Black is awesome, but it's soo dark that on video I cant see what A FEW little curvature or details, design changes u made...Amazing. You ever plan on Selling this or Building Body Kits for people who might want to Bring their Delorean to life (and the new Century)? ... DMC Texas could use a few of your tips to extend their business to New Boundaries. CHEERS

  • dude, What an Unbelivable car!! the Delorean lives on! and Right when this particular one was DEAD u brought her to life! and what an update to the Exterior! sure you didnt keep it original, AND SOME MORON out there will complain, but their just jealous, cuz this is unique! and Should be faster than a Turbo'ed Delorean w/ all the Stainless Steel. How much weight did you cut off the car from the original body?

  • who would let the lovely gem that is a deLorean just rot away?

  • Project "make this car look like shit"

  • @LastPhyrexian lamer go and look on your small pennis

  • @davedave1010 That sentence was so disjointed I had trouble understanding it, but after asking one of my retarded friends if he understood this language, I am still wondering what a "pennis" is. Is it like a smaller version of a penis? Perhaps the size of a pen? Maybe everything your mom taught you about your body isn't accurate.

  • @LastPhyrexian Totally agree. You should have left it as it was.

  • I love the color choices but when it comes to deloreans I love seeing them original but customizing them is great too I just don't like when people change the rims but other then that nice car

  • nice lights!

  • this is the best DeLorean i have ever seen...

  • Why didn't you restore it to its stainless steel origins!

Thats one of the car's trademarks!

  • @Sparkkoz Least a paint job will help stop it rusting and give the metal a little protection.

  • @DMCDominat0r

The high grade stainless steel will never rust.... and is very easy to rid of blemishes...

  • @Sparkkoz I think Delorean has unpainted alluminium body. Soo you cant take of the paint just like this :/

  • Well Done.

  • What an amazing job!..wow

  • nice job on the headlights...i'm gonna do something similar to my D

  • very awesome job

  • You did an absolutely incredible job bringing this car to where it is now. The pictures really showed how much effort you put into this. Congratulations on the finished project and nice work!

  • I have watched this video probably over 20 times in a row...this car is a work of art.

  • oh wow HO HO HO!!!! THAT IS AWESOME!! Oh MAN!

That car, literally looked broken and sad before, like someone was torturing it. Then you bought it, and you made it smile! BRAVO!!! BRAVO!!!!

If I had 2 DeLoreans, I would have you do one up like this for me, this is what a DeLorean would look like if it was a supercar, this looks like it could make a Lamborghini crap its pants!

    AMAZING WORK!

  • one word... inspirational.

  • other than the interior color scheme and wheel choice... this was an awesome build

  • Jon DeLorean will be proud, if he was still alive...

  • amazing job!

  • Epic!!

  • Forever black huh.

  • Steve, awesome to see where that car started at, & then see what it's become. Great work!
