You can use any base coat you like. You don't have to use the same products as I used.

The thing is that I have bit my nails for very long time. At the same time I have admire other girls natural nails. They had healthy, strong and long natural nails.One day when I woke up I decided to stop bit my nails. It wasn't easy to do but I made it. I know you can do it to. Before I started growing my nails I didn't know what my nails look like when they are long. I thought they are awful but I was pretty suprissed what I saw after they get long... Kisses xxx

this was really helpful! im 16 and have bit my nails all my life! i tried loads of times to stop but i just couldnt, after a few days i'd go back to biting them again. a few weeks ago, i got some false nails and put them on, and I loved having long fingernails, even though they were false! i think that inspired me to stop biting mine so i could have my own long nails. but they're really horrible now coz ive bit them for so long and they seem to just lose the colour, so thanks for the tips!

I always lean my hand on a table or something that is stable and it helps me every time I do my nails.
