What I dont get is how come xenomorphs have a skull if they are supposed to have an exoskeleton which mean no bones as much as I know (the upper body is exo while the limbs are endoskeleton).

I get that people think that xenos have no eyes but I believe that is wrong. Cause all of the explenetions how xenos "see" if they have no eyes dont explein how they can look throw glass in Alien resurection (alien 4). I read somewhere that xenomorph do have eyes but they are hidden, also the xenomorph skull seen in Predator 2 does have eye sockets on the sides.

Original Alien had eye sockets but no eyes.That eye sockets may only be unnecessary part of host. Giger said that Alien has no eyes, Scott told that the actual head may be one big eye or he can have other senses - it didn't matter for Scott.

In my opinion, xenos are the best fictional animals ever! If only AVP had as good special effects as the alien movies did. I just found myself board of watching how mechanicly they moved their lips to bear their teeth or somthing like that. Like at 0:54 to 0:56 look how ticked it is and how it looks believable that its an actual alien on screen. Oh and did I forget to mention that avp had close to no blood!

They have only eyesockets, not actual eyes. By the way, xenomorphs in Aliens (maybe not only) are said to be with no eyes. It's said that eyesockets disapeared during growth period but the real reason was that they couldn't use skull in a custom - it would be hard for stunts in the suit move so athleticlly.
