I made "fancy sauce" and it was delicious. If you pour ketchup and mayonnaise in even amounts (50-50) and then stir it up real good, you get a good reddish-pink color. Try it with some fries or "chicken nuggies," as Brennan would say, and you might like it. Tastes great!
