  • Nice alignment and instruction, certainly looks like it'd be a great instructional vid but unfortunately the echo ruins it. Worth a re shoot for sure :)

  • Great video, but don't forget to bend your elbows on your jump-back! Bent elbows, in Chaturanga Dandasana serve as shock-absorbers. Otherwise, with straight arms your low back and shoulders receive all the shock, and you'll end up with pain in your rotator cuffs and low back.
